    I did, actually a few of them off and on, but those usually had the 3208's or 653's, in that case I still preferred the Cat.

    actually the first Crusader that I worked on names was Crusader owned by Carlos Seafood in Marathon my home town, this one was powered by a 653.

    If it is a faulty turbo blow by should be low at idle and excessively high at hi idle with the little boost it will be generating at top engine limit statically. Best way to measure blow by is by hooking up a blow by indicator. Rule of thumb is 1.5x horsepower rating for pre acert and 2x for the oil burning acert measured in cubic ft/hr. 500hp 6nz can go up to 750 cubic ft/hr etc.
