I wanna sue my company for withholding pilot n flyin j fuel rebates.

 

I remember back in the day when they ran black Pete's. Talked to a couple of drivers that were coming unglued cause their paychecks bounced. Seems like a company like this should of gone under years ago!

 

Drivers are fighting back. Right now, I am party to four class action lawsuits against former companies I either worked for or applied to. At some point, the companies will realize cheating isn't any better for them than it is for a driver's HOS log.

Or not.

 

Celadon is a corporation owned by investors and not a family run business, so their outtake of the industry will be a bit different than others. I've been in the business for a bit over 26 years and there will be pros and cons in every company out there.
