I went through their employment website screening and I think they were robbed or ripped by drivers they employed before otherwise I don't have explanation why they have such questionnaire. In almost every question they ask: "what would you do if you found 5 dollar bill in a truck" and there are dozens of questions. Then another question "Would you tell your manager if your team driver steals fuel" "Would you take company stuff at home even if you think company does not want it"
I might not be quoting exactly but the context is exactly matched. so what is happening, do they have problems with drivers?

nope went through similar questionnaire at other jobs.

For me it was first encounter,
Never received any response back though -
I never seen a questionnaire like that. Never heard anyone say anything about it either. Must be new.
My "interview" went more like "this is how we do stuff here".
They know everything they need to know about your past before you show up. The "interview" is pretty much just to check out your temperament and how you act.
Which location where you at? -
Several years ago in order to get hired by Cassens you had to take an automated phone questionnaire that was strictly about honesty. It sounds like what the OP is referring to. Many large companies do this.
-
They simply want to know what kind of a person you are and how you would respond to certain situations. How well you score depends on the person that presented those questions in the first place. The problem with some questions is there is no right or wrong answer.

It's an ethics test basically. And anyone with half a brain should ace it. Just go into it thinking "how would an employer want me to answer". I took one for another company years ago and they told me that I was the only one who ever got all 40 questions correct. I thought well that's pretty sad lol
