Correct only tell them what they need to know. Not what they want to know.

Just go to small company, and go on the road.

 

Get another physical on your own money and do it right this time.
The long form is what messed you up.

These companies don't require a new physical, but you probably will be required to furnish the long form.

I recently had a conversation at a restaurant with a physician who does DOT physicals. He told me the government is working on a system which will soon require all physicians to enter a driver's long form into a central database within 24 hours of the physical exam. They want to prevent disqualified drivers from being able to go elsewhere to get a medical card. The days of "doctor shopping" in order to get a better result are numbered.

 

Will end up being really beneficial to the entities that benefit from the sleep studies and sell of cpac devices.
