Was he cooking it or using it because those ingredients look like what it takes to basically make meth

 

You don't make meth out of Suboxone. I'm guessing he was using multiple drugs - he certainly was smoking something.

Doubtful. You see those guys and SWIFT messed up all over the place, yet they magically boast great scores and safety reputations according to the ATA and FMCSA

In all seriousness, Suboxone is the government's answer to heroin, and pill addiction. It's "legal" heroin, as i see it. I had a family member TOTALLY quit suboxone after getting addicted to Oxy contin (no heroin!) over years of surgery, just last April 2015 on Easter Sunday. This person was SO sick coming off that stuff, it was appalling. I helped when I could. This is a really sore spot for me, because I can't understand why the gov would allow the FDA and the powers that be, prescribe something more DAMMING than the drugs that people were trying to get off of in the first place.
That man deserves to lose his CDL, yet he will be sooooo sick for time to come.

The answer / cure to addiction is / was a total backfire. Sorry for the rant. I'm SOOOOOO against that.
