Will Schneider have a new ICOA for ICs to sign this year?

That's been like that for as long as i've been here..1yr..

 

It must have been one of those days where that annoying little voice and message the torture us with while we sit in hold it finally sank in. Now if only someone would tell that witch of a lady to stop being so condescending when she tells us every accident is our fault regardless of the circumstances. I wonder how many news reporters would enjoy her message in how wrong they are for every weather related accident they report on?

Thanks by the way for letting me know it's been there for awhile. It just seemed like it was new today for the first time.

 

Even when they don't say they're recording you they are.

All calls to any SNI or SFI number is recorded at all times. You know so they can improve their training.....lol

No. Heard it from a manager in green bay. Good friend. Take it with a grain of salt though. Just passing what i heard..

 

Same Managers said nothing would change when we signed last contract, how's that worked out so far.
