It's a fancy device that can be set to air all 18 tires at once. The attendant plugs in the pressure, and checks tread depth, etc. You get tire credits, so, when you have time, you have them do it for you.

The problem is you don't want to be sitting at the tire pass station when the lot is filling up or you could be going down the road. Hunting the guy down and his checking the pressure in the tires takes longer than fueling and if you don't gave credits, it costs money, so nobody uses it, and the fuel lane, which is reserved for tire pass is blocked.

Were you pulling the bull wagon? Could have told him "If you don't shut up and go back to your truck, I'm going to toss you in there with the bulls who are horny and pissed off and you're just their type."

Every once in awhile my company will ask for tread depths /tire conditions. Usually after some western express reject gets put outta service for running slicks.

When they do I'll just go through tire pass and fax it to them. Well about a month ago I did that and a couple days later I got the truck serviced. The tire guy brings me his report and not one of my tire pressures was the same as another. Some were off by 5 to 10 psi. Maybe that's why I constantly have about 10 credits on my loves card.

I wish they would just do away with tire pass and have a guy hand washing our windows. I'd pay for that. Tires are just too important to trust some knuckle head and fancy machine.

For some reason they almost always put a sign up at night. I don't know why exactly.

Lol. Except for the little bar code thing I have one my truck proving I have had it explained. The other day, I just burned a tire pass credit, let them check my tires and acted shocked my hot tires where a little over spec pressure.
