    I wouldn't use the word "HURTING" because it has to do with "ATTRACTION" more than anything. Age difference is only relevant to the two people involved. I know several men with younger wives that have excellent marriages. By younger, I mean 15 - 30 yrs. younger and they have no problems. Mine is 30 yrs. younger and we've been married 14 yrs. and have 2 children.

    With all due respect, I find age difference and the international thing awkward. I have been married with the same woman for 35 years, and to be more specific, we been together since high school. We have 5 grown boys that have move on with their own lives. My point you have to make it work from the start, it take two from the get go. I'm really old school and old school values, my folks taught me that and I have pass that down. But I understand all cultures are different.

    My high school sweetheart was a Cuban immigrant. Hottest gal in the whole school. All of us old country boys had never seen anything like her and were in awe. That ended when I went into the military. She probably looks as rough as I do now since we're the same age. Her mother loved me and her father hated me because he thought everyone not Cuban was inferior. I couldn't have cared less what he thought. It wouldn't have lasted too long anyway with my roving eye. Not important in the big scheme of life.
