    "Then they make you watch hours of boring videos about sexual harassment when the staff don't even comply with their own rules -- they are hypocrites." Nothing wrong with boring sexual harassment videos -- but they need to follow what they teach

    Thanks for your opinion - who said I'm taking this personal - I'm trying to warn people (new CDL-A holders) about the bias, discriminatory and hypocritical practices at Schneider Academy

    Yes they are. Who said we couldn't shift. We weren't perfect, but who is. If we grind a little here or there, that's not a legitimate reason to drop a student. Instead you work with them - especially if they're willing and eager to learn. So yes, they are letting good and Great truck drivers go -- have you checked out Schneider's Accident report for the last year -- they're definitely not doing it right

    The friction you are running into on this subject is because so many of us have worked for Schneider. Some, like me, have trained for Schneider. I simply do not believe a student got dropped for grinding here and there. It takes a lot to get dropped during training. All I am saying is this; there has to be more to the story. Perhaps things you don't even know.

    Uhhhh, the term racism is about race--not age, gender, etc. If you don't even know what the term means, how can you possibly accuse someone of being racist?

    Still waiting on that proof.
