I see why they might not be a good company to drive for but how does that make them a "racist" company ?
I have not read anything stating racism here..

 

This "racist" thing is getting soooooooooo old. If we don't agree with you, we are racist. If we don't like the same food, we are racist, etc.
Man up, you took a bad job, now it is time to move forward.
For me, the word racist has no meaning,because people throw it around like candy at a parade.
I have met many old timers that are great guys and they had to deal with some bad stuff in their time, I don't hear them making excuses, but a living.

By the way, I speak and have spoken to many old black men that have great character.

You are correct. I am white but I have been discriminated against for being white.
In 1974 after I graduated high school I applied for the fire department in my hometown of Columbus Ohio. I took the civil service test and scored in the top 3%. I then received a letter from the city stating that they were not able to hire me because I was not a minority due to affirmative action and a mandatory minority hiring program.
The city was forced to hire less qualified applicants based solely on their race not ability.

I later became a State Trooper after I turned 21 but still preferred the fire department ..
