I stand by my previous opinion. MOST guaranteed salary jobs are not worth the effort. For years and years trucking companies have figured ways to manipulate and cheat driver's pay. They are not going to offer a guarantee unless they see the COMPANY benefit.
As a previous poster stated, all they did was use your money to pay some of your guarantee. Check and mate for the company.
As soon as a recruiter says guarantee, time to hang up.

 

NO company can guarantee your pay after taxes. Everbody has diffrent deductions, benefits etc.

I used to talk to one of the Kingman drivers on the cb radio back in 2009 every time I passed through, every week, and that driver said it was a great company to work for...
