Forced dispatch to me is simply taking what they give you. Not literally forcing you to drive tired or sick or staying out for longer than you want.
I worked for a company that didn't have forced dispatch and it sucked because I rarely got anything worth my time. The senior guys cherry picked what they wanted while I got stuck with loads that were already late 3 hours ago.
Looking for info on Sherwin Williams in Nevada

From my short time here I'd say you go where they send you but sometimes you get some input on choice. They are using an outside common carrier to cover some of the loads because they have more lds than drivers.
You are going to get miles, that's a certainty.Longarm Thanks this. -
@Little Eddy, what states do you think you cover the most?
-
Way to early to say...this is only my 3rd week.
So far NV, CA, WA. -
Had a nice talk with SW today. Seems they want me to come to Effingham for an interview and physical.
I'm gonna bust out my best flops, sweatpants (only two stains), and my favorite Family Guy t-shirt for the interview.
...I got this. -

Excellent point. I never thought to roll up with a beer in hand.
Do you think Natty light is too high brow? Maybe a Pabst or Genessee would be better? -
Anyone know what states the Southwest Region (Waco, TX) covers?
-
Reno covers the west, east as far as: AZ- UT- WY-MT and up to Calgary.
My guess is Waco has NM up to the Dakotas...guessing the eastern boundaries is just uninformed guessing.
