Thankfully in the Winchester area there are several other areas to park other than that Flying J that are guaranteed to have parking.
Who's at fault?

Yea that is one J I absolutely hate to go in. Knight shouldnt have been parked there but the accident is on Celadon, hes the only one who could have prevented it, since hes the only one that was moving.Mudguppy Thanks this.

The moving truck is at fault. But if you really want to blame someone it is that Eve woman who ate the fruit first. With out that I would still be living in the Garden.
Brandonpdx, 91B20H8, Audiomaker and 2 others Thank this. -
Yeah, Celadon was at fault. Knight is parked (not in the right spot or not) and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out a truck isn't moving, so the driver (Celadon) should have allowed for that.
Audiomaker Thanks this. -
Every night this happens everywhere.I never park in an unmarked spot, and try to pick a spot, where it is impossible,to park stupid.
Every morning,someone is parked stupid.
This crete driver parked correctly, backed in,but giving me enough cushion,to clear, without folding in my mirrors.
Last idiot pulled in head first, waaay over into my lane, blocking my exit.

Volvo hopefully just pulled in for a 30..just sayin...lol

I feel your pain driver , I sometimes think there is a invisible homing beacon on my truck that low grades are attracted to ...today parked all by myself I had to take the side kit and tarp off my trailer and put it away which requires a little working room ...sure enough as soon as I pushed my tarp back and started pulling bows the lowgrades found me and parked as close to me as possible lol
Mudguppy and Steel Dragon Thank this. -
I don't believe that, I've seen far worse trailers being pulled by white Volvos and SwiftMudguppy Thanks this.

The volvo is parked directly in front of me,notice how close his mirrors, are to crete?
How am I going to get out, with a head in parked truck, with mirrors,in my lane?
Its going to be dark,when I leave,and its my fault,when I hit something? -
Wake his ### up and tell him to move...he can take your spot when you leavefreightwipper, 91B20H8, passingthru69 and 5 others Thank this.
