$100k a year, home every weekend

It isn't the teachers. It's the politicians. Things like "no child left behind". All that does is lower the bar. Schools are penalized for students that don't pass, so they make the class easier to pass. Therefore the smart and hard working kids learn less than they other wise would.

It might make for a great feel good story to say every child can be a rocket scientist or the next president. But the reality is, some people are just not cut or for higher thinking. They are dumb as a box of rocks. So what do we do? We limit the potential of the smart ones so the dumb ones don't feel left out.

 

The work had slowed down to the point where everyone was getting between 40-50 hours a week, but in the last few months, the work has really begin to pick back up. Now the hours are back if they want to work them.

They have been trying to talk me into going back to a 5/2 schedule, but I am going to stay on my 4/3 schedule.

I'm doing very close to 100k plus fully paid family insurance... Local company home everyday.cant say much more than that

 

I did 100k last year and I was hired on at Walmart in the summer of 2013. First year I did about $93k. The ad says $82k for 5.5days per week. That's if you don't "chase after it." If you don't hang out in the break rooms or on the ready lines, gossiping with other drivers and run your clock down to a few minutes per day, you should make about $90k first year.

 

I work for Supervalu and we had a couple of guys make 100k last year. Home every day, we run the 60 hour rule so they weren't necessarily killing themselves. That number would include worming some holidays for triple time (Not Christmas), I think the top guy was around 106-107. Keep in mind these are top seniority guys that take premium paying runs, I worked a lot last year and made 80k. My numbers will be way down this year, due to lack of interest. Lol.
