    Well, they might or might not, time will tell. I've been on paper and elogs, I prefer paper but my last OTR company worked the spot market and where on elogs, for the most part it went ok, but I did not have to deal with the brokers, the office did all of it.

    Buy a 1999 or older truck and be exempt from eld's. Just remember if you crash they can and will track where you have been and at what time, you cannot hide.
