Not to be a downer or anything but given the fact you just graduated driving school earlier this year mark my words, you will fail in a lease purchase regardless of the color/make/model/year of truck or name of carrier! There's no need to inspect anything because nothing is going to help the fact your just too new to the business to build a successful business.

This is like learning to swing a framing hammer, getting a job with a contractor on a framing crew then 6 months later quitting your job and getting a loan to be a general contractor building a development on spec. Your going to loose your arse and wind up broke (and likely owing some less than desirable business owners a lot of money).

There's nothing wrong with wanting to become a successful business owner but jumping from the frying pan into the fire will get you burned. Before anyone can run they need to learn to walk. Your getting ready to run a marathon without taking your first steps!

 

I mostly agree with what you are saying. There are always exceptions, but this one doesn't sound like it.

 

There are always exceptions but as a general rule someone jumping in with both feet like the OP is looking at ends in failure.
