I see a lot of people coming into this, or out of orientation thinking they can use all the brokers they want. Heres the deal
You will be using Malone agent and customer service freight, if none and only when no other options are available will you be allowed to broker outside freight.TruckerNerd, #KeepPounding!, ratherBfishn and 1 other person Thank this. -
Ya make way more money with our agents than a broker and I've found that it's better to deadhead to one of our loadsTruckerNerd, #KeepPounding!, 88 Alpha and 1 other person Thank this.

I am still here. Our orientation class continued to get smaller. We went from 22 arriving here in Birmingham on Sunday, to just 15 of us remaining. Being that I'm completely new to flatbed, I've been told by my peers that I'm doing exceptionally well with my securement. All that YouTube 2 weeks prior to coming down, paid off. Rob is a great guy. He made the hands on part of training very easy to understand. I am confident in my abilities, and ready to roll. Hopefully I at least get my truck tomorrow. We'll see.playamwj12 Thanks this.
