Well im homeless right now just happened today without notice. Too long to get into why lets just say a completely f'ed living situation with another person. So im sitting in lowes parking lot figuring out what to do and where to go. All my #### which is mostly tools loaded in my old 97 chevy tahoe. Gonna sell all of them to get me gas money to drive to orientation when i go and i didnt even apply to places yet. Didnt even get to study for the permit or get that.
So if i get through this i will be able to get back on track. 70 bucks to my name and nowhere to go and a 1/4 tank of gas.
Ah well thats my life nobody cares and i dont expect people to. Just have nothing better to do maybe somebody has suggestions what i should. Im pretty overwelmed right now glad i got my sunglasses on no nobody can see.
Im at my breaking point but i keep telling myself to man the f up.
Trucking might literally save my life

Stay strong. You're making a good decision not giving up easy and sounds like you have a plan to get back on your feet.
Did you talk to a recruiter yet? Once you start driving on the road, it'll be therapy. A year from now, heck 6 months from now, you'll see how much life has changed for the better.
Best of luck, G! -
Breathe. One day at a time. I wish you the best. Be careful!

That sucks. Time to man the f up!
Seriously though, that does suck. You'll survive though. Remember this moment going forward and don't let yourself get into that situation again. Many are just one or two bad breaks away from being homeless and don't even realize it.
You've been looking into trucking for a while so you must be serious about it. Get in touch with recruiters asap and make it work.
Best of luck. -
You have a plan! Focus and do what you have to do to get yourself in a better situation. This is a temporary set back, take a deep breath and keep moving forward. This will be a distant memory very soon! Good luck to you sir.

It can be done. I know. I was in similar situation almost 5 yrs ago. I went to company sponsored CDL school, borrowed $500 to live on until my 1st payday. It wasn't fun, pleasant, or any place I ever thought I would be. Now I look back and it was the best move I ever made. You may discover moxie and intestinal fortitude you never realized you had. Jump in head first and don't look back. Wish you the best!
heckclan Thanks this. -
Yes, good luck to you, a lot of people would just give up and become homeless, but I think your plan could work if you can make it to the company's orientation where they will give you a hotel room and usually at least one or two meals a day. Then a few months from now when you're out driving along the roads, you'll have a story to tell.

Recruiters love people like you. Don't fall into lease purchase and don't let them take advantage of you
