Would this be on my "record"

I got a ticket In guymon once. It's a super long 45 mph zone. If you aren't paying attention u will think the speed limit has been raised to 55 or more. But my ticket was only a 100 bucks. You must of been hauling tail!!

I really don't think an ltl company will touch you with a 10 foot pole but u can always try.

 

You have a right to the entire contents of your personnel file for every company that you've worked for. You need to request the contents of that file in writing. Then you'll have your answer.

 

The girl that blindsided into my truck at pilot had no damage to her trailer. Seriously pissed when she scraped my truck and the momentum of her hitting me stopped her truck. I was sleeping and jumped up and laid on the horn and she mashed the gas again. It was daytime and should never should have been a blindsided spot.

But really I looked at her trailer for 5 minutes for some paint or damage and nothing and still to this day I have to drive around with this cosmetic damage to the side of my truck.
