He did nothing wrong

Im guessing you think they'll fire him due to "Morale" purposes so Coca-Cola's image doesn't get tarnished over this?

if So, Then The Driver has a legitimate Legal Claim.

I'm Glad this happened..and Hope more n more Drivers Defend themselves properly

Me personally...I would think Coke would offer a Huge "severence" style Check to him if they really dont want him working for them anymore...And Im talking a high 6 or 7 figure Check.. If Coke resists, Sue Them handsomely.

But Lets hope it doesn't get that far, And He still Has his job without any friction.

 

If they have any kind of company policy stating that their drivers can't carry firearms then he's fired and nothing he can really do about it.

 

Ok, I'd like to know EXACTLY what this driver did "Wrong" to warrant a termination?

Keep in mind He saved his life, (and most likely others in this world)

I know for fact that coke and pepsi both have policies against their drivers carrying weapons. If he's fired that will be what it's for. Violation of company policy

 

With some of the coke distribution centers I've been to over the years that were in ghettos I'm surprised I'm surprised firearms arnt required lol

 

Look im a second amendment advocate, i have my conceal carry, and i activelt carry my weapon with me. Im trained to use it effectively via the navy as a gunners mate with over 200 gun qualification shoots, and ive taken several level 2 gun courses,and 1 level 1.passed them all since 2009. I shoot more often than most cops i know. I am happy he did what he did. The guy deserved played a stupid game and won a stupid prize. The driver will most likely lose his job because of a violation. In the end it's best to be judged by 12 than carried by 6

 

I hate having a neo-hippy government. If I could legally carry, I would in a heartbeat. For now a 4' prybar is my self defence method. That and bear spray (for the bears of course )
