    Little Rock Orientation for me.

    Driving a minivan with 8 truckers aboard pronouncing judgement on my driving with the Smith system was aggravating. If there was just silence and let me be... no problems. LOL.

    LOL I remember doing that. CEMEX had us do it as well lol.
    My first dispatcher there was Aimee Crossland. Always called her Aimee High In Steering Crossland. She was an outstanding DM too.

    Jb only hires drivers with experience,back into a parking spot,lined with cones.
    No trailers next to the spot marked,just get out and look a few times..lol

    Had to do the backing test myself at the Dallas terminal where the place is more packed than the Love's truckstop in Dallas at 7 pm..

    The Little Rock termianl is a ghost town, piece of cake.
