Sure it will, if you maintain 32% the entire time you're there, have a dispatcher that will always fight for you for the best loads, load planners that realize right out of orientation think you're absolutely awesome at what you do, and become a trainer, running the truck like a team operation from week 2 onward. Yeah, you can make that.

Who's company are you asking about? Because the freebird post you quoted was about Millis, not TMC.

 

There are plenty of individuals at tmc that make an excess of 65k, but those are guy that have everything going right for them. 50k is not unheard of over there for the guys that stick it out and run hard.
