Home Depot, Others Required To Make Day Laborer Shelters

Unfortunately, after having spent the majority of my (relatively few) years in Southern California, I am well aware of what's going on at these places. I certainly don't agree with people using the illegal labor force that's out there. But this has so many causes that need to be addressed....excessive social programs that encourage ##### sitting instead of working, social programs which promote illegal immigration by paying for education and medical expenses, cities like San Francisco becoming sanctuaries.

These guys are always at the local Home Depot or Lowes, standing around in the parking lot hooting and hollaring..."just trying to make an honest living." Or they are standing on various street corners. But why the city of LA thinks that it's any of their business I don't know...another BS liberal Commifornia city. Just another encouragement for people to break our laws. Legal immigration is fine, IMHO, but illegal immigration is just that. And supporting someone's illegal acts, knowingly, is conspiracy, aid/abet, and about a million other things.

 

These are not homeless people. They are illegal immigrants. These people are a major drain on the system. California see's way too many of these people coming in every year. They then have kids here and we foot the bill for that. I am so glad to live in a state where I pay high income tax's, sales tax's that are going to be close to 10% by next year so that these people can come here and destroy the economy and take precious few jobs. Thank you to border patrol for doing their job and to the liberals for allowing this BS to continue.

I used to love the police sweeps of the river bed and other areas of Ventura/Oxnard to get all of the homeless out, then dump them off at the Guard Armory and cause a problem for a different part of town.
