I don't mind getting out and looking. I would rather be slow and safe than hit something. I get out and look whenever I think I might even hit anything just.
As far as being a road driver, I still have three days of training left.
One for using the QualComm, one for trip planning, and one final test. Yesterday I missed the trip planning and part of the Qualcomm day because of road testing and discussing my situation with the instructors.
I was told to report to the classroom at 7:00 AM today. Upon arrival I was told to eat in the cafeteria. It is now 11:00 AM and I am still waiting in the cafeteria. They said I might have to go back on the road with a TE and then sent me here.
So I am sitting here watching CNN and waiting.

Oh and the instructors who told me to wait here walked by and looked right at. One even said hello and used my first name. So I'm not sure what to do and figure I will sit here as ordered.
It's just about 11:00 AM and I've been sitting here for four hours. I'll be honest but I'm really ready to walk out and go home. I'm going to stick around and see if they bother to come get me, I get the feeling they would be relieved if I left. -
open your mouth driver. squeaky wheel and all that.
El Viajero Thanks this. -
The way you will want to word this letter, to protect yourself, is as follows. You do not want to emphasize that it was "unfair " for him to yell at you. Essentially, you are making a complaint of a formal nature. This will open you up to being retaliated against by management. Therefore, your complaint needs to address a legally-protected issue. Him treating you unfairly, and you complaining about it, is not legally-protected. However, him yelling at you and distracting you, as a new driver with a huge responsibility, puts not only your own personal safety at risk, but his safety, and the motoring public's safety, at risk. This needs to be the essence of your complaint, that way if the company tries to turn around and fire you, you will have your bases covered. Na sayin?gentleroger and drvrtech77 Thank this.

Make them fire you. They might be trying to make you quit so they can turn around and deny your unemployment.El Viajero Thanks this.
