Tanker company cutting fuel surcharge?

    Lockridge report on Sirius has been following a story about a trucking company (tanker) that is cutting there fuel surcharge big time to there O/O's. He will not mention the name because he is bending to there whim because they are teasing him with a live interview. I suspect its just buying the company time. Personally, I think he should stop bending for these companies when mentioning them, or bleeping callers out with concerns of companies, and smoke them out into the open. Info is power!

    Anyways... Does anyone know which company this might be?

    Yeah, why report on it if youre not going to give out the name? I was waiting for the companys name, but I guess I will keep waiting. Wasnt it 35% FSC cut? Thats a pretty huge chunk and this company needs to be exposed!

    I think they are sending ol' lockridge on a goose hunt to buy them time. Its pretty sad that companies attack there own employees instead of passing on operating costs to customers.

    You have to listen long enough to the riddles and put them together sometimes. I agree with just stating all info if your going to talk about it. Maybe it hasn't offically been released yet? I heard 3 seperate riddles on his show today so it made sense to me after a while. They started talking about it around 10 or 12 days ago, Anyway a driver calling in today refferred to them as Quick & Cheap from Walnut Drive in Tampa FL. They are talking about Quality Distribution O/O's taking a 25 % reduction (bout a 200 dollar avg per load)reduction in fsc starting on 09/15/08. Their stock is pretty low right now if you look it here.
