My truck is 649. Maintenance is 195 insurance 110. So about a thousand fixed. I spend 700 to 1000 on fuel. I bring in revenue of 3,000 to 4,000. So after all expenses my checks are 1500 to 2000. I run only westcoast. Im being dispatched. I will be on freedomboard soon. When I go to freedom board my revenue will go up. I will only pick very profitable freight. When you are dispatched they dont look at what it pays they just look at if you can get this load on time. Because im not on freedom board yet is the reason why i havent posted on here in a while. I only came to Interstate for that reason

Interstate does not alow you to bring your own trailer, he is using his power unit and Interstates trailer. If he had his own trailer 68% would be low.

Nothing wrong with learning the business. However, if you watch his Video's, he is putting out a bit to many lies about himself and is over hyping his Paychecks. His half-way decent checks were only decent because of a lack of a Truck payment and/or a $400-$800 bonus included. His month to date Gross in June wasn't that much. He is making things look awesome and that will cause others to try and follow in his footsteps. Leaving most that do hurt in the long run. His carelessness in his approach is doing the disservice.
Claims he studied Business and is also a Computer Engineer at the young age of 22. Not impossible, but one must seriously doubt it when looking at his Math skills and if one truley knows anything about Computers.
His only care in the World is appearing like a Pimp with a lot of money that doesn't exist. All while still living at Home with Family and no real Bills. People in a normal life style should be cautious in their attempts at following him.Maximus67, Western flyer, FinkPloyd and 1 other person Thank this. -
I still see many Companies offering 70-75% of load with just their Tractor and the Companies Trailer. My friend with LTI is one and he had an offer from a man in Mi. that would have paid him 80+% to do the same. Greatwide (
Lease to Own, Book your own loads, Earn 81% of Revenue (Charlotte, NC))
will pay you 81% of load with just your Tractor and their Trailer. I believe even Dart is offing 75-78%? So in reality 68% isn't all that great. I have just ran across many Lease deal just on Indeed and Craigslist that offer 70-75% of load for just Leasing their Tractor and pulling their Trailers. -
Don't go by Andrew. He is a Twit with no understanding of Numbers, Math and Trucking in General. He lies about himself in almost every Video. His numbers aren't to great. Yes, he is "just" learning. He is not a Humble person at all. Typical of his age group.FinkPloyd Thanks this.

The amount of percent barely means crap.
Carrier A: 80% of spot market double brokered loads
vs
Carrier B: 65% of direct contract customer freight.
You will make more money at Carrier B.
I am at Schenider at "terrible" 65%. Been here 18 months and still choose to stay here because all those other carriers might pay a higher percent but their rates to the drivers are worse.
If i could make more money doing Van leased to carrier I would.
Brokered loads are crap, spot market is usually crap.
Remember these brokers could be taking 35% of the rate before it goes to the carrier which gives you 80% of that 65% of the brokered load lol.
Find out the rates to the drivers their drivers are getting, not just the percent.
Ask if they have their own customers, if they have contract freight with direct customers.
All these things are importantDarkhorseEnterprises Thanks this. -
In other words you are a Andrew hater

If you want to know what its like at Interstate distributor follow Andrew. He is doing video logs on youtube. He shows his whole checks good and bad.

I agree with the fantasy world.
You're not doing $6000 a week in revenue to the truck consistently. You may have got lucky and did it once.
I work SoCal, so don't tell me to S T F U. They do not plan their freight to do what you say you're doing.Western flyer and thaistick Thank this.
