I've only pulled Talbert and Etnyre (I pulled a Dynaweld when I first started driving but that doesn't count) the Talberts have been good trailers for me, I would like to try a Trailking. The guys who pull Fontaines love them but you think a Fontaine would hold up to everyday heavy on and off road loads like the Talbert? Oxbow mentioned Aspen trailers, All had a few and those drivers swore by them, the problem is if I get a new one I'll have it for years, so do you get something you may not like or do you stay with the tried and true? I would also like to have a high arch neck which Talbert doesn't make.

    SAR Thanks this.

ALL purchased 30 Nelsons and I have pulled one so far, but I did see some in Milwaukee this week brand new that were set up as 3+1 with a folding stinger.

Yeah I knew they did, Columbus doesn't have any yet the got 3 new XL's a couple years ago so the don't foresee getting any. Do the have the neck that kinda looks like a Talbert?

    SAR Thanks this.

Great trailers but super expensive. They are maybe the best west coast Mechanical multi-axle out there, but they are generally 16 tire setups. Great if you are going to run AZ, CA, NV. I would love to have a steerable triple 16 but $500-750k is pretty steep cost.

Hey @truckdad, seems like I remember reading somewhere that Chaz Murray went to work for Cozad. Any truth to that?

I read that too quite a while back, I am sure it was some kind of insider joke? You know, kinda like @Heavy Hammer posting that he is selling the beam & going to start pulling trailers for Fed Ex or Swift. LoL

Chaz did go to Cozad but it was a very short lived career. Don't over look Cozad. Tom is very good to work with. We don't heavy haul. All legal weights but help with unusual needs and stands behind his products.
