I have a bad High pressure switch, I found a replacement one but the HP psi is 10 psi less, and the MP psi is 20 psi less. What type of difference will it be if replaced for the current broken one?

Broken switch to a working switch? A/C or no A/C, big difference. If your high pressure switch is 10 psi different about no difference. It the menstrual pressure is wrong you will be just as well to stay out a few more days.

Broken AC switch: MP 325-270 psi
    HP 465-235
    Replacement AC Switch: MP 300-257
    HP 455-273
Those are the psi numbers, will the replacement part still be operable in truck?
