    Greetings,

I have an International 9400, when i start the truck it starts fine. I rev the truck nothing happens, but as soon as i start driving it the lights begin to flicker. Truck and trailer lights flicker, except for my dash lights. I checked the battery/alternator connections to make sure nothing was loose. Went around wiggling cables to see if that would cause it to flicker and nothing. Any idea what could cause this?

It's a short. You draw current from the lights it can cause the whole system to flicker. I have a 9200. There was two wires rubbing in the right front corner of the truck. When input my blinkers on for right hand turn it would dim that the truck. Electrical tape and zip ties to tighten the plug, it was good again.
