Monaca, PA. After expecting a long driving day, I arrived at the shipper in Pittsburgh this morning to find that the load had canceled. By the time everyone figured out what had happened and called me back to the distribution center, I sat for several more hours waiting on a load to be ready (Took a nap though, so there's that). Then hit my last stop with 27 minutes left on my 14, so I'm here for the night. Luckily there's an Applebee's next door with half-price appetizers at this hour. So I got that going for me...

Without lines, it seems almost no driver's are able to park square or even to the truck next to them.

 

Just pulling out of the Peelot Gary.. Chicago kicked my tail yesterday. Thought I could squeeze through there getting in by 1430. Nope!

 

First flying j on westbound 80 in Ohio. Made it here with 7 min left! 64 miles to drop and I've 3 preassignments right now !!!

Rest area I - 65 Lafayette, IN. Drop in Oconomowoc tomorrow then back home for the weekend. Nice short 4 day work week.
