Personally I think 1 year OTR is EXTREMELY beneficial to a new driver, BUT, I recognize that, there's more than one way to skin a cat!!!!

Thanks man. Yeah I hear you on every point. I'm 39 almost 40 in a few months. So I'm already slowing down as it is. Haha. But seriously safety has always been my number one priority in my previous jobs. As a Tool and Die Maker and then as a Manager. Did my job and had my guys do their jobs as efficient as possible but safety was the most important thing.

I appreciate all the tips and maybe I will see you there.

I went and talked to Junior. Did an application but he never got back to me one way or the other.

He had said he saw no problem hiring me but needed to see if the insurance would approve me. I tried calling him a few times just to follow up. If he won't or couldn't hire me I understand completely.

I'll try him again this week just to confirm. Good luck guys at Kiswani. From the little I saw and speaking with Junior it does seem like a very nice place to be at.

 

Ya, same for me. I applied and i never heard back at first. You need to go in person. Go on a saturday around 10am. Not today though. Theresca huge meeting. But it took multiple times of contact by email.

 

Will do. I did go in person originally and spoke to Junior in person. Filled out my application then and there as well. He made copies of all my document. DL, school certificate, medical card etc.

I just figure he's a busy guy. I'll call a few times to see if I get a hold of him before taking a drive down there.

Ya hes super busy. Jus call office and ext 3 i think. Thats him. If you going for company driver your in im sure. Thats what they want. They just got a new cr england contract. So csx, jb hunt, schneider, cr england. Watch swift and hub group join. And we still got 20/40's. And we got reefers/flatbed. So ya comp is needed
