tow614 Thanks this. -
If you are allowed to take the truck home you can take it apart and run the coax as you need. Go slow and don't lose the screws you take out. Panels that snap in pull the edges gently until you figure out which direction the snap in tabs are oriented so you don't damage them.
DenaliDad Thanks this. -
Both are the same, Just screw the collar on the good coax down to the end.

I let a so called pro run some cable for me on a volvo i ran..
He ran from mirror mound into my door jamb..So far so good..
Then from door jamb to inside the cab and up to my radio..wow..great job NOT....Coax was exposed and i didnt like the look..Coax was getting runnbed and pinched inside the door jamb, not good at all..When at highway apeeds air would flow into the truck where coax was routed..Had to wear a wet suit for a day or so cause when it rained i got wet..
This was done by a so called pro...
On a nice day at home just take the time to look the cab over..Pull the plastics of where other driver routed coax..When you do find a way,no 90 degree bends, dont let it rub up against anything,if you need to wire tie, dont make it tight and leave room for a lil movement kinda deal..Dont wanna be aquishing that coax AT ALL..Dont yank on it to get it through either..
If you can,tie a piece of string to the old coax and pull that back and then you will find a path way..DenaliDad and rabbiporkchop Thank this.
