What are you looking for that Transport America has?
-
what did they lie about? been with them a little over a year. decent ins, equipment, one of the better companies out there even though they are a small fleet. decent fmcsa score. do not try to make you run illegal. mainly east/ midwest carrier.
-
Auto trans, have bad left knee from truck accident, apu or other source of cooling/heating. Don't believe in spending time in TS while shut down. No NYC or surrounding war zones.
-
I worked there in 09/10 and enjoyed it. All east of I-35. Pay was so so but good people and overall good experience. What I didnt enjoy was the overnight FedEx loads if they still do them and you will do NYC so if that turns you off maybe a different company would be better. I did lots of 5+ stops on Harley Davidson loads and 3+ drops of office furniture to NE

I worked for them for 3 days. Not a bad company. You don't run the toll rolls when you can get there another way.
-
How does 3 days equal not a bad company? Why only 3?
-
Three days does not equal a bad company. It does say something about the a hole they had me teamed with.
-
Above post is correct about tolls. We used to run state routes through Ohio instead of the tollway but wasnt bad. Pay was low for me at .34 but been several years
