Is there a specific issue you are having here or you assuming prime is like that?

Everyone on here has been upfront about the starting wages and the training pay. You're telling me that your recruiter quoted you a rate greater then 44 or 45 cpm or $700/week in the tnt phase if available for dispatch?

Only time you're cpm would start higher than that is if you had prior experience of 2 years or more I belive.

So what are all the lies you've discovered? Please give specifics and not generalities.

No sir, not Prime. I actually worked for the guy who built Primatera, the residence, and the stables, for RL. The construction company that RL now owns, but didn't at the time. Even had the privledge of taking the jet to Biloxy with them back in 2000.
I believe the true culprit for me has been Driver Solutions. Specifics were given in my first post. I am thinking that perhaps I should have given Prime a shot. Live and learn....

Didn't mean to hijack the thread, my apologies.
    I'm out

So do I understand this correctly, you came into a prime thread, talking about how your recruiter lied and you keep finding lies but your story has nothing to do with prime other than you worked on a construction crew that built or worked on Rob's house/ranch, is that correct?

No, a comment was made that breaking a contract is theft. Whereas, I was merely pointing out that perhaps there are times where both parties are at fault. That is all, I am trying to bow out here.....

I was just trying to understand your comment was all and I might have missed the comment you were referring to. Basic contract law would apply that if both sides are in breach of contract the contract would either be null and void or they would need to come to some kind of resolution.

In my personal experience, a non-compete that is so far reaching as to make you unemployable in your chosen occupation is UNENFORCEABLE. You can't stop me from selling truck parts because I memorized a few Cummins parts numbers, or the cost of WD-40.
It was scarey for a bit though. Employers have absolutely NO juristiction over who hires you, AND that definately sets them up for a juicy libel/slander action should they press disparaging comments or correspondance.
Yeah, I know, should been a lawyer.
