ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! settle down you have a luxury of being in a group with tons of experience that continually offer help & or advise when called appon FOR FREE!!! threads tend to go astray but there isnt a company the the USA with insurance that doesn't require a certain amount of training beyond your accredeted school training....Do your own research on companies your interested instead of trying to get second hand or third hand info

@SassyChris first of all drop the attitude. You aksed about after cdl schooling. After cdl schooling comes going with a trainer. We have all done it. If you were talking about when you go solo then you should of said it. You keep this defensive fighting attitude up with your company then you wont have a job.

Secondly, what are you going to do when you get to a place that will not let you have animals at their warehouse? Not deliver the load? Good luck keeping your job there too.

Figure it out yourself if you are going to cop an attitude. We answered the question based on the info YOU gave us. We are not mind readers. Good luck and I hope you get to keep your cats, but if you want to drive not likely.

Right on point with your response Hyweighman.
I drove for a year before I brought my cat along.
One medium size cat is a hand full.
I can't imagine three.
I had the top of the line odor blocker kitty litter box/palace, a scratch post with catnip.
That didn't deter my wonderful cat from using both brand new seats in my Volvo as scratch posts.
I spent a lot of free time cleaning the litter box, because as most cat owners know, cat urine and feces seems to permeate. The odor does not go away unless you wipe down all surfaces with bleach.
Cat hair is uncontrollable. Luckily, I have compressed air blower in my cab.
I have to run my vacuum almost daily to pick up the rest of the cat hair I can't push out with air.

If the OP is able to find a company that allows her to bring her three cats, rest assured there will be large fee assessed.

On another note.
Sassy I have noted from her posts is going to be a real treat for a trainer.
I give her a week with that condescending attitude before kicks her out of truck at the nearest company terminal.
Better learn to eat a little humble pie.
Might want to grow thicker skin.
The drivers on this forum have decades of experience. If thier knowledgeable advise is something that offends you, then maybe you're getting into the wrong profession. Your in for a rude awakening.
