    Thats because they probably haul steel regularly and know that's a legal and safe way. 5 would probably be legal but is pushing it at the scale.

    Death trap waiting to happen. Just needs an emergency stop and those tubes are going straight through whatever bulkhead/rack is in front of them. Scary.
