Heres one for you all to answer arrived at the shipper to pick up my load only to be told that load left 2 days ago call ICA he tells me there are 4 of them loads go tell them to give me one of the other ones go back inside they tell me that last of the 4 left that morning. How in the heck does that happen?

 

Same way I showed up last Friday at 1400 at Social Circle for my load, only to be told the load had been backed out til 1800 Saturday. Then being told the SNI rep that handles that account was off that day and therefore I was not notified sooner.

Idiotic.

 

It's because Schneider has the worst inter office communication I've seen in 26 yrs.
The majority of the time the left hand has no idea there IS a right hand

 

When I worked in operations there. they sent me to Portland OR to help a dedicated account start up out. When I ready to fly home I sat in a hotel 4 days $165 a night (they agreed to pay my for my meals for me to go) pay me 4 days to do nothing in a hotel all because they wanted to use frequent flyer miles. I could have booked a nonstop flight home for $450 same day booking.

 

Wow that's cutting off your nose as they say...

 

Been looking at them at the Gary OC. Not too many right now, but there's always more coming.
