    I've done that grade maybe eight or ten times. Never had a problem. I wasn't driving like an idiot, but I sure as hell wasn't goin 25

    They set those speed limits 50 years ago. Long before engine brakes and auto slack adjusters. It hasn't occurred to anybody to maybe adjust the speed limit upward some. Only place I know that enforces reduced downhill speed is WB I-40 dropping down into Cookeville, TN
