Got off the phone with some o/o craigslist ad (fiber reclaim out of Spokane.) I have yet to purchase the 45k (for all cash) freightliner I have in mind. At a buck a mile I asked the in house recruiter twice if I'm just buying a job..he said yes. Pathetic...

Your cost are around a dollar a mile if you drive yourself. The good companies rarely need to put up crap ads.$3 should be an average to shoot for.The truck and bussiness expences eats almost half.Even $2 a mile will get to turn a profit. There are too many people in this field that have no issue in wasting your time to get what they want and if if we don't stand up for ourselves will keep getting ran over. There are plenty of jobs out there that can pay you $0.50 a mile as a driver and benefits come with it.

    At $1/mile, you're not buying a job, you're buying a demotion.

Haha there was no option C, Just pointing out that the difference isnt much but you work triple the amount. Not a dong measuring compitition or a price comparison.Everyone has different overhead or reasons for pricing but if a half dim moron can get $10 an hour at fast food nobody should agree to owning and maintaining a truck for $15 an hour take home
