Being a realist.. I'll put it this way...it's really unrealistic to expect that every possible scenario be stopped from occurring...eventually the ones who are booking while moving when it's themselves doing it will end up getting caught... I'm not sticking up for anyone.. I'm just making a point that's all...

We could even take this a step further. Why shouldn't the cell phone companies themselves be liable for not creating technology that would disable texting services when in motion? You know they could easily do it. Why hasn't the government mandated it? 8 out of 10 car drivers that pass us by have their phones either on their leg or in their hands. My point is people have to be accountable at some point to do the right thing.
I know I'm somewhat new here so my opinion doesn't weigh as much, and that's fine, but I'm not new to the industry. It's better here than where I came from. It's all relevant to your own situation. For me it seems silly to poke the tiger, because my situation improved. For those of you that have been here for a few years I get it. I'm sure it seems to you it's went downhill.

 

Talking on the CB or using a headset to talk on the phone or listening to music or news or audio book. What's the difference? Atleast with the headset your hands aren't preoccupied with a mic. Apps, ok they can b different. But taking the app away from the driver isn't gonna stop Mrs. Smith from booking loads at home. The cell phone companies do have that technology but it's up to the user to use it. Now here is a good app transflo will NOT let you use it while moving, I had my nephew try and scan a load in while I was driving and NOPE. So it's out there
