Actually, they've changed it about 4 times since October. The big "agreement", no more company cars, insert load perk added, insert load perk turned into a joke and have to call in anyway just to be told no...or that the load is already assigned...probably within the 25 minutes on hold or something. 2290 form, California compliant cert. Maybe you meant just not for the better...either that or you've been asleep for year.
