Which companies run a background check BEFORE orientation?

All of them are suppose to but sometimes they'll find additional information that either the company didn't catch or the applicant didn't put that down on the application.So if you have something that may be of concern tell your recruiter.

 

If your looking for training W/O CDL, Millis does all back ground checks before accepting anyone one for training/orientation

Maverick does all their checks prior to orientation invite.

 

A lot of the larger companies will not.

Guess they figure most won't actually show up to orientation.
