Another reason I love my Volvo...

Have to have a key to lock it from outside... Impossible to lock yourself out unless you lose the key after locking it. But then anything is possible.

Guess we all need to consider a place on the cab to keep a spare.... Two lock outs in as many weeks.

 

I didn't know the wireless options worked... Hate to have yet another tech toy in the cab but that would have been awesome when I was in 1313... Must remember this.

 

I used to zip tie a spare key somewhere under the hood...

That's a good plan but it wouldn't work on a volvo. Cant release the hood if you locked yourself out. It'd work on a freightshaker. Not sure about a kw

 

As long as its not a Volvo. Gotta open the hood from the inside.
