he doesn't ran into him same port different day he had it chained down.

 

Look at the rear right corner of the can. You can clearly see that it's sitting on top of a lock.

 

if you say so idk if so I wouldn't want to turn them, I don't see a way to do it without putting my hand in harms way unless they turn on the bottom. The ones I seeing were on the side like the ones you linked.

 

There's a lever underneath the trailer they're perfectly safe.

 

you know, now I am going to have to hunt this guy down on Saturday's stock him in the line and take a photo of bed empty.... I am truly curious

 

And johndeere4020 pointed out something I missed...there's only one binder on that side. He's got one continuous chain for both ends of the machine!
