    Gary OC has a copy of the letter posted over by the classrooms, worth a read.

    GB division has had at least 5 high hooks/ unplanned disconnects that I'm aware of so far this year. I had a guy last spring that would stop, switch to 1st and tug just as the pin was tripped so the jaws would only come halfway across. A year ago I coupled, jaws across but the handle wasn't in - had a broken spring underneath.

    I could go on, and on, and on. It may seem asinine but there is a reason.

    It's all good, he knows what he's doing. He's just there to drop a relay and didn't feel like cranking down the landing gear. I figured most guys do it this way since every time I pick up a relay the dang kingpin is almost touching the dirt.
