So much for that whole independent contractor thing.

 

Special thanks to the driver that hit me while parked at the wayside and took off...."class act". On another note I was quite impressed by Schneider insurance, take truck wherever you want. DashCam already installed. I can tell you by the time I got curtains open he was hustling out of there.

I would NEVER modify or change anything without permission on a leased truck, so that only leave approval and by the dealer. It is completely understandable if SFI wouldn't approve it, but that will more than likely make my decision on whether I do a 1 year lease on used and deal with the fact of paying on a truck for a year with nothing to show for it, or doing a 3 year on new and start paying towards owning a truck. Between the OnGuard and the fact that the spec sheet I was sent showed only 1550 lb/ft of torque, id rather go outside SFI in a year and get a better specd/higher powered truck.

 

Just the light freight then no need for a lot of torque . Isn't SNI light boxes

 

I hauled 45k and 44k in the box yesterday before I went home
