    Well he's threatening us with termination of we don't claiming company policy we called other divisions they said it's not company policy.... We are just wondering if we have a legal leg to stand on if anyone knows of any statues

    They said by law all we have to give them is a copy of our originals but there's nothing they could do if we were forced to give up carbons

    Again, I would scan them with the app I suggested or any other means to have your originals on record in case he/she does anything to them.
