    It's specific to the terminal I think. Rate is about 15-17$/hr to start in Fort Worth TX. Work hard for a few months and they will train you for your cdl and transfer you into a local pu/delv driver position.

    It depends on where you are located and whether or not they are hiring for a driver trainee position or a straight dock position. I would go knock on the door Monday morning

    I don't know about Southeastern, but if my company is any indication on how they pay dock workers, $18/hr to start might be reasonable to expect. But I don't know if our starting pay for dock workers is high, low, or average for the LTL freight business.

    Up in Fredericksburg Va they start around 20/hr maybe driver trainees around 22/hr
