Runaway truck ramp video.

I'm pretty sure that's the ramp on the left side of I-5 northbound.
About 2 months ago a car went up that ramp. Not because the lost the brakes, but the driver thought it was an entrance to an express lane

 

He didn't even need a seat belt

 

Think he was using his turn signals?

 

I have a problem with that mount eagle video. It's 20 mph, 15 or 10 depending on your weights.

 

It's 45 for trucks, but they do have recommended lower speeds for different weights.

 

Um hmmmm I've gotta respectfully say HORSE CRAP! I dunno what happened to make this truck have to use that ramp, but whatever it was, you can be pretty sure that the driver screwed up in one way or another. You are right, he is likely a Poor driver.

What a complete and total Adam Henry that driver is. I hope that he doesn't kill anybody other than himself. But sooner or later he will take out a family in a mini van, or a school bus loaded with kids.

OK, guess I got a bit carried away with the Monteagle post. If this guy has lost his brakes, then he is doing a hell of a good job. (WHY would he loose his brakes???)
However, if he was just being an Adam Henry, then I stand by my statement above.

 

Whoever that Adam Henry is better pray TN Highway Patrol doesn't get a hold of him.
Reckless driving/speeding
Following too closely/tailgating
Not stopping at the top of Monteagle to do a brake check
Shoulder riding
Just posting a video like that on YouTube shows how dumb they are.

 

Wow, he is as good as the trainer I had with CR England whom liked to freewheel down I-80 in Pennsylvania and Wyoming

 

All that looks a little hard on a truck to me as well as expensive.
Think I'll just stick with good maintenance , commen sence and not bein a moron .
