Was driving down a two lane windy twisty road and came around a curve. I came to a complete stop, and as I rolled forward at all of 1 mph, the trailer wheels slid in some snow that had accumulated from a snow storm the day before. There she went. Wasn't like I was driving 80 mph all reckless and stuff. I was barely rolling forward.I guess stuff happens.

    sounds bad to me.

anyways, i found out, that things stay on DAC forever. but they usually only report events/employers for 7 years, (except drug/alcohol testing and refusals) which stay on for life. mine shows negatives since i started driving. but someone else, may light up like a Christmas tree.

i have had a new DAC sent to me, i have employers from when i nearly first started, 30 years ago. BUT no other information regarding me about any of them, past the 7 years.

i think too there is no limit to the drug/alcohol reports from them, which was no problem for me.
as far as accidents, again, they go back the 7 year period for DAC.

each state has it's own "report limits" regarding accidents on our DMV report. my state is 3 years, some states, 5 years. so when asked (for example) list any accidents for the past 5 years..??

i always used to put what my state goes back to, the 3 years. (i have no accidents anyways). if the employer wants more than what your state provides, YOU, then they can order up a lifetime report on you. you would not be lying, as when you get your DMV report, you can only tell what is on what is in front of you.

Good thing i don't care what you find plausible then, Huh? And yes, you are no traffic investigator.

it is not me, or the others here you have to convince. you still have to explain your extreme rollover sport, to an HR person or Safety Director, or the owner of a company. it is highly unlikely that as little as 1 MPH as you claim, that made your trailer go over the guard railing. maybe if nothing else, it would have HIT the guard rail and you WOULD HAVE STOPPED.

Well that's a new one lol. Never seen someone flip a truck at one mile an hour.. But hey, I've only been out here eleven years. Maybe I'll see it in my twelfth year.

I am not going back into trucking anytime soon. If you reread my post I only ask in case I wanted to one day. I really don't care whether you mmqb's believe me or not. Why would I lie to a bunch of strangers on some trucking forum? You have all made it plain you don't believe me, and that's fine. You weren't there with me.The official record, (the Ar troopers report) backs me up so I guess as Ripley so succinctly put it, "believe it, or not"
